Job Description Role: Benefits Lead Rate: £600 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35) Contract Length: Until 31 March 2026 (potential extension) Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Swindon Overview An experienced Benefits Lead is required to support a public sector organisation in delivering effective benefits management across a portfolio of programmes and projects. This role will focus on establishing, tracking, and evaluating measurable benefits to ensure strategic objectives are achieved. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to embed robust benefits realisation frameworks and ensure outcomes are clearly defined, monitored, and reported.
