Role Description
This is a Part-Time position for a Sales Consultant based in the Indian Ocean concession in Harrods, Knightsbridge, London SW1. You will engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs, provide tailored advice for outdoor living and deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, offering consultations on design and product selections, assisting in store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining the outstanding reputation of Indian Ocean's service and outdoor furniture.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting with a focus on understanding and addressing. customer needs to delivering tailored solutions.
* Excellent Communication skills with the ability to present products and services effectively.
* Experience in working in high-end retail or luxury furniture is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively within the team.
* Proficiency with retail system software.
· 21 hours per week - must be able to work closing shift to 9pm
· Alternate Sundays in addition taking the hours to 27.
