This is an exciting opportunity for an industry professional or experienced lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Motor Vehicle programmes from Level 1 through to Level 4/HND, helping learners develop the skills, confidence and ambition needed to succeed in the automotive sector.
About the Role
As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you will:
* Deliver engaging and innovative teaching across Motor Vehicle qualifications
* Support and motivate learners to achieve outstanding outcomes
* Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
* Develop schemes of work and learning materials
* Monitor learner progress and implement effective interventions
* Support work experience placements and employer engagement
* Participate in course development, internal verification and quality assurance activities
* Embed English, maths and digital learning into teaching
* Contribute to student recruitment activities, open evenings and College events
* Maintain high standards of health & safety within workshop and classroom environments
You will work closely with colleagues, employers and industry partners to ensure programmes remain current, relevant and aligned to industry standards.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual with:
* A Level 3 or above qualification in Motor Vehicle or a related discipline
* Recent and substantial industry experience within Motor Vehicle
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A passion for supporting and inspiring learners
* Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
* Commitment to underatke any relevant qualifications to suceed in your role
