Overview
Senior Quality Assurance Manager - Residential Children's Care at Community Integrated Care. Lead the quality agenda for residential children's care services across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Leading strategic quality planning and performance across children and young people’s services.
* Driving continuous improvement through robust quality assurance frameworks and risk management.
* Championing best practice, innovation, and regulatory excellence.
* Supporting service mobilisation, transformation, and post-inspection improvement.
* Building strong relationships with regulators, local authorities, and sector partners.
* Coaching and mentoring operational leaders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Experienced in children and young people’s residential care, with deep knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and the Children Act.
* A confident leader with a track record in quality, compliance, and service transformation.
* Skilled in data analysis, audit, and regulatory reporting.
* A natural collaborator who can influence, inspire, and drive change across complex, multi-site organisations.
* Qualification in health or social care desirable but not essential
