Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered MH or LD nurse to work part time (22.5 hours) as part of a community based multi-disciplinary team working across Middlesbrough.
The successful candidate with participate in a range of interventions including triage, complex assessments and risk management and deliver evidence based interventions to support a purposeful service user journey whilst with the team.
The successful candidate may also be required to provide ongoing coaching support, clinical and caseload supervision to junior colleagues and wider members of the MDT.
Candidates must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework is essential.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will hold a caseload of patients who may experience a wide range of mental health difficulties whilst also being impacted by physical frailties. The change in this model is in line with the trust community transformation strategy and our work to support this new model of working alongside our adult mental health colleagues.

Qualifications
Essential
1. Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council - RNMH or RNLD (RNSC - CAMHS only ) - RGN (If appropriate)
2. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
3. Recognised Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor, clinical educator or equivalent.
4. Must be achieved within 6 months Trained in Clinical Supervision and providing clinical supervision OR willingness to work towards within 6 months
Experience
