We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting supplier performance, quality improvements, and operational delivery.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can build strong supplier relationships, drive problem resolution, and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
* Manage supplier non-conformances, containment actions, and resolutions
* Drive supplier improvements and corrective actions
* Support concessions and engineering change requests
* Conduct regular supplier reviews and site visits
* Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Laboratory teams
* Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities
* Ensure quality issues are resolved to support on‑time production delivery
What We're Looking For
* Supplier Quality Engineering experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015
* Experience managing supplier performance and quality issues
* Proven root cause analysis and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of issues
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Manufacturing Quality Engineering
* Aerospace, Turbomachinery, Energy, Heavy Engineering, or Complex Manufacturing
* Supplier Development and Continuous Improvement
