The Iver Makeup Academy is entering an exciting new stage of growth — and we’re looking for an exceptional Deputy Head of Makeup Academy to work directly alongside our CEO & Principal in driving strategic development, operational excellence and student success. This is not a back-office role. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership position at the heart of Pinewood Studios. The Role As Deputy Head, you will: Support the CEO & Principal in daily leadership and academy operations Lead management of teaching staff and tutors Oversee academic delivery, timetabling and quality standards Line manage freelance teaching staff Support quality assurance and performance management Drive student recruitment, consultations and enrolment conversion Oversee pastoral care, safeguarding culture and student wellbeing Contribute to marketing strategy and brand growth Support sales processes and recruitment targets Contribute to long-term strategic planning and academy development This is a fully office-based leadership role. There is no remote working provision. Progression Opportunity This role forms part of our long-term leadership structure.
