Job Description
3. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
7. Supervise and guide a small team of accounting professionals.
8. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and reviews.
9. Monitor cash flow and ensure effective cost control measures are in place.
10. Develop and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). - Ideally newly qualified
12. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
13. Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
14. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
15. Proven ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders effectively.
16. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
