The Role
* Building relationships with clients and candidates in the Manufacturing & Engineering sectors
* Developing new business and securing job opportunities
* Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into the right roles
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
* Working towards sales targets and KPIs to drive success
About You
* Sales-driven individuals – you must be confident in building relationships and closing deals
* Ambitious & goal-oriented – we want people who are motivated by success and high earnings
* Hardworking & resilient – recruitment is rewarding, but it takes dedication
* A background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is ideal – recruitment experience is not essential!
* Must be local to Chester as this is a full-time office-based role
