Ornua is actively seeking a Relief Night Shift Manager to join our Operations team. The Relief Night Shift Manager will work alongside the Night Shift Manager, leading standards and performance for your shift. This is an offline position focused on driving improvements through standardization and continuous improvement in HSE, Quality, Performance, and CI.

Role Value:
The Relief Shift Night Manager is responsible for:
* Driving a positive HSE culture with zero tolerance for unsafe behaviors.
* Ensuring all manufacturing activities are 'Right First Time.'
* Maintaining high hygiene standards and GMP culture.
* Highlighting and resolving raw material and quality issues promptly.
* Ensuring accuracy of production paperwork and proper closure of M3 MO’s.
* Supporting shift performance across KPIs (HSE, Quality, OEE).
* Communicating production deviations with Planning.
* Reviewing team development and progression regularly.
* Promoting Ornua Values & Behaviours and championing the VIP scheme.
* Handling employee relations activities in the absence of your manager.
* Conducting quality checks and sampling routines.
* Maintaining effective communication within the team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Leadership experience in food manufacturing, including staff recruitment, management, motivation, and training.
* Deep knowledge of Health & Safety and Technical legislation/SOPs.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Competence in MS Office and food manufacturing software.
