Marketing Manager needed for a residential development office in St Albans.
Immediate Start as a Fixed Term Contract

Requirements for Marketing Manager role:

Role will consist of:
* Campaign Execution: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and social media initiatives.
* Content Creation: Contributing to the creation of marketing materials like website content, email marketing, and social media posts.
* Digital Marketing: Managing and optimizing social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels.
* Data Analysis: Analysing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve future strategies.
* CRM Management: Supporting the development and implementation of CRM programs to engage with potential and existing customers.
* Market Research: Assisting with market research to understand target audiences and competitor activities.
* Event Planning: Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, such as show home launches and promotions.
* Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and organizing marketing materials.
* Agency Management: Working with marketing agencies to develop and execute campaigns.
* Budget Management: Managing of marketing budgets and tracking spending.
