As a Multi-Utility Supervisor at Energetics, youll lead and motivate multi-skilled teams and subcontractors, ensuring all planned works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with approved designs. Youll play a hands-on role in making sure sites are ready for construction, materials and plant are on-site as specified, and everything runs smoothly from start to finish all while maintaining the highest standards in health, safety, and quality. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations. Operational Planning & Scheduling - Coordinate with schedulers, supervisors, and project managers to plan resources, review programmes, and ensure sites are ready with the correct materials, plant, and permits. Health, Safety & Compliance - Enforce high standards of health, safety, and workmanship. Lead on accident/incident investigations, ensure compliance with Section 74 notices, and conduct toolbox talks. Customer & Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with clients, attend pre-start and progress meetings, respond to enquiries, and resolve complaints while maintaining Energetics reputation and service excellence. Documentation & Reporting - Ensure accurate completion of all required paperwork, as-laid drawings, and reports. Review work packs and maintain communication with the team regarding holidays, training, and updates. Commercial Awareness & Performance - Monitor project margins, support resolution of commercial issues, and ensure delivery aligns with financial and operational targets. Experience Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience, ideally in utilities or a related construction sector Proven man-management experience, leading direct labour and subcontractor teams Qualifications Craft Qualification, Apprenticeship, or equivalent NRSWA Supervisor Qualification Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) NVQ Level 3 in Supervisory Management Have you got the drive to go to the Last Mile as a Multi-Utility Supervisor?
