Key Responsibilities Conduct measured surveys and produce initial appraisals, concept designs, and final planning layouts. Prepare detailed technical drawings and working packages using AutoCAD. Navigate Planning and Building Regulations to produce compliant documentation and submissions. Create specifications and schedules of work using NBS. Manage tender processes and administer contracts using the JCT suite. Ensure CDM 2015 compliance across all relevant projects. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to meet project deadlines. What We're Looking For A qualified Architectural Technologist with proven UK experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD ; SketchUp and Photoshop are a bonus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach. Confident communicator with client-facing experience. Full UK driving licence required.
