Our advanced manufacturing site in Brackley employs over 700 people, with recent investments in technology and amenities, making it one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.
The Role
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering team at Brackley. The role can be suitable for graduates or experienced professionals. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
Responsibilities
* Manage equipment reliability and asset care in your area
* Maintain high equipment reliability through planned maintenance
* Analyze equipment efficiency and downtime to drive improvements
* Raise and review maintenance jobs and complete downtime data reports
* Lead installation and capital projects
* Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors
* Identify areas for operational improvement based on KPI analysis
* Support maintenance planning and OEM service visits
* Oversee equipment calibration and PUWER assessments
Requirements
* Engineering qualification above L3 (Bachelor’s preferred)
* Experience in an engineering maintenance environment
* Self-motivated, good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Proficient IT skills
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., Mainsaver/Spidex)
* CAD experience
* Project management experience
* Contractor management experience
