Responsibilities
* This highly reputable practice is looking to appoint an additional Costs Lawyer into their thriving litigation team.
* The successful Costs Lawyer will be managing costs instructions from instruction through to the finish.
* You will be drafting bills of costs, drafting costs budgets, negotiating and advising on costs law, procedure and strategy.
* You will possess excellent technical skills in this area and strong team work and interpersonal skills.
* Ideal Costs Lawyer will have proven experience of leading on matters as well as wide range of experience of advising on costs litigation.
* Applications are welcomed from Costs Lawyers, Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have experience of supervising more junior members of the team.
* With a passion for this sector, you will have the drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team.
