We are seeking a Regional Optical Manager known internally as a Buddy to support our Joint Venture Partners and their practices. As an influential leader who is able to build trusting relationships, you will be responsible for looking after your practices during the transition period and becoming the first point of contact for the practice under business as usual. Essentially, a key part of the buddy’s role is to introduce, demonstrate, monitor, share best practices, and support the relationship between our head office function and the practice team. This role will be supporting our practices covering the North West. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to a £4,000 annual car allowance.
