PE Global is recruiting a Medical Affairs Professional for our medical client based in Basingstoke. Pay rate is £20 per hour. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office). Contract until end of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
* Medical Affairs Support:
o Coordinate and execute medical activities (advisory boards, symposia, RWE projects, educational events).
o Maintain oversight of medical plans, tools (TL MaP, CET-tool), and documentation.
o Support Veeva materials and interactions with external agencies or medical writers.
o Facilitate administrative aspects of named patient programs.
* Operational Excellence & Project Leadership:
o Lead projects to optimize productivity, digitalization, and efficiency in Medical Affairs.
o Monitor key metrics, performance, and budgets (OPEX, BAPS, IITs, sponsorships).
* Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Respond to external inquiries and coordinate customer-facing activities.
o Build and maintain relationships with professional societies and healthcare stakeholders.
o Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer engagement through digital innovation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across teams.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to drive projects independently.
* Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
* Solid compliance mindset with understanding of local pharma codes and procedures.
* Digital-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in health or life sciences.
