Salary and Benefits
£40,000 per annum plus service charge and overtime. Temporary accommodation provided. Closed Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays – a 4‑day work week. Closed bank holidays except Christmas lunch. Opportunities for learning, development, and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations.
* Precise food preparation and quality control.
* Contribute to innovative menu development to Michelin star level.
* Supervise and mentor kitchen staff.
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety and health & safety regulations.
* Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
* Effectively solve problems and control costs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience at a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin Star level.
* Passion for high‑quality food and teamwork with highly skilled chefs.
* True passion for the culinary industry.
