Role Overview We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation Practice, with an immediate deployment opportunity onsite with one of our globally recognised Corporate Banking clients, based in Glasgow. This will be to support strategic onboarding and customer experience change initiatives within Corporate and Mid-Market Banking. These roles focus on improving customer journeys, reducing avoidable contact, and addressing systemic drivers behind service inefficiencies. The successful candidates will combine strong delivery discipline with deep stakeholder credibility and a structured, process-led mindset. This is a high-visibility role requiring individuals who can confidently navigate senior stakeholders while driving tangible, measurable improvement outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead complex requirements gathering and facilitate structured stakeholder workshops Analyse customer contact drivers and identify underlying systemic issues Map and redesign end-to-end customer journeys, improving efficiency and experience Work closely with data teams to validate pain points and quantify impact Develop structured delivery plans, ensuring progress is tracked and outcomes achieved Support prioritisation of initiatives and contribute to business case development Drive disciplined change implementation across onboarding and servicing processes Document requirements and solutions clearly, ensuring traceability and governance alignment Key Skills and Experience Required Strong experience within Corporate Banking or Mid-Market Banking environments Proven ability to analyse customer journeys, service pain points, and contact drivers Experience delivering contact reduction strategies and measurable process improvements Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels Demonstrable track record of structured delivery planning and progress tracking Strong documentation capability and structured analytical thinking Clear process improvement mindset with a “change brain” approach Ability to combine big-picture transformation thinking with disciplined execution Why Join Albany Beck?
