As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and promote holistic development. You’ll help maintain smooth classroom routines, encourage positive play, and build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with lead educators to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children Observe, assess, and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework Foster strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and support Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development opportunities Requirements: Early Years Qualification – EYTS or Level 3 CACHE (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner (the more, the better!)
