Overview
We\'re working with a small, specialist consultancy delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They\'re looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join the team, manage project costs, and work closely with directors to influence both projects and the business.
Role Responsibilities
* Prepare cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for healthcare, residential, and commercial projects
* Monitor project expenditure and report on financial performance
* Support procurement, tendering, and contract management
* Work alongside directors on project delivery and commercial strategy
* Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
What we\'re looking for
* MRICS-qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with previous PQS experience
* Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and commercial processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, ambitious, and able to contribute to shaping the business
