As our service continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly office team and help support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Role Description

This is an office-based role for an Office Administrator at Bluebird Care. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the care and office teams, helping ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality care services.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting care staff and managers, handling customer and employee enquiries, preparing documentation, managing office supplies, and assisting with general day-to-day office operations. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced care environment.


Qualifications

* Experience in Administrative Assistance or Office Administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Good IT skills and confidence using office software and systems
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally at all times
* A positive, supportive, and team-focused approach


Desirable Skills & Experience

* Previous experience within a healthcare or care services environment
* Understanding of home care services
* Experience maintaining staff or customer records
* Knowledge of Staffplan or similar rostering systems
