Project Manager - Capital Delivery Service

One of the largest in-house Capital Delivery teams in local government, the service delivers a wide range of capital building and infrastructure projects and programmes. These range from minor capital maintenance works to major new builds and area regeneration schemes. These range in value from £100k to £50m.

Initial assessment will be based on the standard application form considering your relevant skills, knowledge and experience. If selected for interview, this will be combined with a technical assessment and presentation.
Essential Qualifications
1. Post holders will be APMP or Prince 2 qualified; OR, Substantial experience (minimum 3 years) of successful project management in a multidisciplinary or construction context.
2. Post holders will be members of the Association of Project Managers OR be willing to work towards achieving this
