As a valued team member, you’ll be the cheerful face travelers see as they grab a sweet treat or hot drink on the move — serving fresh doughnuts and drinks with a smile, keeping the kiosk running smoothly, and making sure every commuter leaves a little happier.
Station kiosks are all about fast‑paced connection, independence, and delivering a big‑brand experience in a compact space. This role involves some lone working, so you’ll need to be confident working solo — for this reason, applicants must be 18 or over.
If you enjoy creating positive moments, take pride in great service, and like the idea of working in a friendly, self‑managed space with a constant flow of new faces, this could be your perfect stop. Full training is provided — just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
* Run the shift front‑and‑center with customers, serving smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and ensuring everything is safe, clean, and on point.
* Work the till, serve hot & cold drinks, box up treats, and maintain the cabinet’s appearance.
* Perform stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, hiring support, and maintain team morale.
* Act as team leader when the manager is away, holding down the fort.
Qualifications
* Experience running a retail floor or a desire to step into a leadership role.
* Customer‑obsessed, people‑first mindset with a focus on good vibes.
* Strong team player with ownership and proactive attitude.
* Full availability and flexibility across weekends, weekdays, and other days.
* Energy, reliability, great work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
* Minimum age 18 years old.
