Overview:
We're looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to gain hands-on experience by providing essential daily support to our finance team. This role will be supporting our finance team and requires some accountancy knowledge.
What you’ll do:
Reporting into our Financial Controller you will have the following duties:
* Data entry into the accounting software Xero
* Bank Reconciliations
* Organise supplier payment runs
* Assist with day-to-day tasks
* Preparation of data for VAT Returns
* Assist with ad hoc year end work including audit queries
* Assist with various month end procedures, adhering to strict deadlines
* Process regular expenses for the business, liaising directly with employee queries
* Review, organise, process and file invoices electronically
* Other ad hoc duties
What we’re looking for from you:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficient understanding of accounting principles
* Good attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy is essential
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft software package, particularly Excel
What can you expect during the Interview Process:
1st Interview – An interview to discuss your experience and working history relating to the position with our Financial Controller and Head of Talent. In return, we will provide a full overview of the role, life at the studio as well as answer any questions you may have.
Onsite interview – A final Interview with our Financial Controller and Finance Director. This will be a chance for you to get to know the Senior Management team and all the things that make Lucid, Lucid! You will have a lot of opportunities to ask any questions about the studio and Culture.
