What We Offer: * Be responsible for triaging referrals upon receipt. * Affective allocations process * Ensuring appropriate thresholds are applied. * Liaising with partner agencies * Ensuring the quality of the information provided, is of a good standard. * Providing management oversight and case direction. * Supervision of non-qualified staff. * Attending meetings as required. * Engaging in audit cycle. * Continuous development of the service, including engaging with the quality assurance framework. * Deputising for your manager and supporting other pods when appropriate. In this Job You Will Need: * Substantial social work experience at a Social Work level * Have a sound understanding of what good practice looks like and an ability to manage staff towards achieving this. * Ability to negotiate with partners and support Social Work and Non-Qualified staff. * Sound understanding of threshold. * Quality assurance skills * Ability to prioritise and be flexible as required * Ability to analyse, devise plans and set achievable timescales.
