An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a skilled and proactive Legal Secretary to join a prestigious Legal 500 international law firm in their Employment Law team, based in Cardiff. This is a hybrid working position, offering a competitive salary from around £35,000, dependent on experience.
The Role:
As a key member of the Employment team, you will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Preparing and amending legal documents, correspondence, and reports
* Assisting with the production of court bundles and employment tribunal documentation
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
* Managing billing processes, time recording, and file management
* Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Employment Law or Litigation
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* A team player with a proactive and professional approach
