1. Position: Tyre Fitter
2. Location: Leighton Buzzard
3. Basic Salary: Circa £30,000
4. Working Hours:8:30am - 5:30pm
5. Rota'd Saturday mornings

The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting, repairing, and maintaining tyres to the highest standards while supporting the wider workshop team when required. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tyre technician looking to join a friendly and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Fitting and replacing tyres on a variety of vehicles
8. Carrying out wheel balancing and puncture repairs
9. Performing wheel alignment checks and adjustments where required
10. Inspecting tyres and advising customers on tyre condition and replacement needs Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
11. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
12. Assisting with general workshop duties when required
Requirements:
13. Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or Fast Fit Technician
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and repair procedures
16. Experience with wheel alignment equipment would be advantageous
17. Strong communication and customer service skills
18. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
