We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Care Manager to join us and work hand-in-hand with our Registered Manager to lead our teams and inspire outstanding care.
The Role:
As Care Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care every day. You'll oversee both residential and domiciliary services, guide and mentor our care teams, and ensure our services meet the highest standards. Every day, you'll help create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for both the people that use our service and staff.
What You'll Do:
* Work closely with the Registered Manager to support and manage our residential and domiciliary care services.
* Lead, motivate, and support care staff to provide compassionate, person-centred care.
* Monitor and maintain high standards through audits, care plan reviews, and risk assessments.
* Build strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Support recruitment, training, and staff development to build a skilled and confident team.

* Experienced in both domiciliary and residential care management.
* Knowledgeable about CQC standards and best practice in care.
* A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Compassionate, approachable, and dedicated to supporting staff and service users alike.
* Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
