Your new role
As Nightshift Production Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a dedicated team of operators and technicians within a fast paced, regulated packaging environment. You will take responsibility for planning, organising and controlling daily production activities to ensure schedule adherence, operational efficiency and exceptional client service. By being a visible presence on the production floor, you will monitor progress, manage resources, address deviations and maintain high levels of productivity. A key element of your role will involve ensuring all operations meet stringent quality, safety and regulatory standards, including adherence to cGMP andpany procedures. You will also support training, performance management and skills development within your team, ensuring strongmunication and a collaborative culture throughout your shift.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a supervisory role within a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated manufacturing environment, with the ability to lead teams in delivering high quality output. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain exceptional documentation standards. You will bring a proactive, solutions focused approach and the capability to work both independently and as part of a wider team. A relevant degree or significant industry experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.
