Location: Dartford, Kent, South East, UKA growing business within the HVAC and refrigeration sector is seeking a Compliance Engineer on a full-time permanent basis to join their service delivery team. Based in Dartford, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all technical and operational activities meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.This is a highly visible role, supporting technicians, apprentices, and management teams while driving consistency and excellence across service operations nationwide. What Youll Be Doing as Compliance EngineerMaintain and administer the RAMS process across the service team and carry out regular vehicle inspections and audits for techniciansEnsure technicians comply with PPE and tool standards and monitor calibration and PAT testing of all technical toolsConduct safety audits across customer sitesKeep the customer portal up to date with service informationSupport the preparation of RFI and PQQ submissionsCreate, implement, and monitor training programs for technicians and apprenticesRecord and track technician audits using internal systems such as Evalu8Oversee service concession requests and approvals and ensure consistent adherence to quality service standardsReview service documentation and ensure compliance across the business, log and maintain updates to compliance documentationSupport senior management in implementing compliance initiativesMonitor health, safety, environmental, and operational compliance and assist in auditing processes and report findingsIdentify potential areas for process improvement and corrective actions and collaborate with regional service teams to ensure standardised proceduresWork closely with engineers and project managers to maintain compliance and support internal and external audits for quality, safety, and service standardsMaintain accurate records of compliance actions and audits and ensure consistency in operational procedures and service deliveryGuide technicians on compliance and safety best practices and liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies as requiredMaintain knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices and track and monitor preventative and corrective actionsProvide advice and support on compliance queries and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and processesSupport the implementation of new compliance tools and initiatives and deliver reporting and updates on compliance performance to senior managementEnsure service activities are aligned with company policies and standardsWho Were Looking for in a Compliance EngineerAmbitious and eager to build a career in HVAC and refrigerationConfident, proactive, and solution-focused with strong communication and organisational skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently and willing to learn new technical skillsComfortable travelling to support multiple sites across the UKKey Skills & Experience as Compliance EngineerPrevious experience in a compliance, technical support, or audit role is beneficialHVAC or related technical service experience preferredWhy Consider This Compliance Engineer Role?Competitive salary £40,000
