About the role:
This role provides vital administrative support to the Connect to Work programme and the wider Employability and Skills team. It involves managing data, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting financial processes such as purchase orders and invoice reconciliation. The post ensures smooth programme delivery, audit compliance, and effective communication across
teams, contributing to high-quality services for participants across Powys.
About you:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage data, diaries, and documentation accurately.
- Confident digital skills, including using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and maintaining structured records
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams, partners, and stakeholders professionally. - Ability to work independently, use initiative, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment. - Commitment to confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and maintaining high-quality, audit
ready standards.
What you will do: - Provide core administrative support to the Connect to Work programme,
ensuring smooth operational delivery - Maintain accurate CRM and digital records, including participant
documentation, data validation, and version control. - Coordinate meetings, events, outreach activities, and internal communications,
supporting logistics and timely scheduling. - Support financial processes such as purchase orders, spend tracking, invoice
reconciliation, and budget monitoring. - Liaise with internal departments (HR, IT, Finance) to resolve queries and
support programme operations. - Uphold GDPR, audit, and quality standards while contributing to continuous
improvement across systems and processes.
