Customer Services Administrator – £28,000 per annum, full-time 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Permanent role located in BS35 Thornbury, Bristol. 32 holidays, pension, parking, medical schemes and more.

Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact within the business for inbound client calls
* Managing existing and new customer enquiries
* Understanding client requirements and producing quotations in a timely manner
* Using Abaca ERP systems to produce quotations and maintain client information
* General administration as required
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a supplier or manufacturing industry
* ERP or CRM system experience
* Additional IT competencies
* Experience in customer services; producing quotations via an ERP system to supply to clients
* Experience in customer services, sales support or sales administration is desirable
