ROLE - Photocopier Field Service Engineer LOCATION - Reading / Oxford and surrounds We’re recruiting for a customer-facing FSE to support high-end print and copier devices across multiple client sites around the Home Counties region. Key Responsibilities: * Attend service calls to diagnose and repair faults on MFDs * Perform effective maintenance through cleaning, adjustments, and part replacements * Carry out routine preventative servicing * Escalate complex issues promptly and collaborate with technical colleagues when needed * Install new equipment and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction Candidate skills We’re looking for a confident and capable professional who brings both technical expertise and leadership qualities to the role.
