Our client, based in Stratford are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their office support team. My client currently carry out maintenance to various commercial buildings and have a fast paced, busy office environment. Job Purpose; * Processing purchase orders / raising jobs * Understand all requirements of a job once raised, including checking for inconsistencies with costing sheets/survey sheets and job sheets. * Address problems as they arise – problem solving * Liaising with the Sales Team for any technical queries relating to quotes provided * Ensuring consistent communication with the workshop * Invoicing * General admin duties as required * Answering customer calls/emails and enquiries * Keeping excel spreadsheets up to date * General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required Candidate Specification; The candidate must have experience working in a fast paced working environment. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong communication skills on the phone, with an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Someone who is customer focused and enjoys working to KPI’s is also ideal.
