This role is suited to someone who operates with autonomy, values having a depth of knowledge in their market, and wants to build long-term credibility in AI. Why us? What you’ll do Deliver the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing, to BD, to candidate management, to ongoing account management Negotiate terms and manage commercial conversations with clients Devise and execute client development strategy, either aligned to existing team playbooks and successes or shaped by your own experience Inherit and grow established client relationships across the UK AI ecosystem Work alongside a strong AI team with established credibility in the space Contribute to scaling a specialist desk with the support of an experienced and supportive manager What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with at least one year of recruitment experience in-agency, ideally within software or a related technical discipline. AI experience isn't necessary. Beyond experience, we’re interested in how you approach your market and your work.
