Job Description
Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and paymentsMaintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting systemsSupport in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepanciesAssist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external useEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesProvide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance departmentRespond to queries from clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial mattersContribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the departmentThe Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Accountant should have:
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial systemsProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all workA proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learnImmediate availabilityWhat's on Offer
