Key Responsibilities:
* Quotes Management: Prepare and manage sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
* Bidding Processes: Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, working closely with the sales team to meet deadlines and client requirements.
* Inbound Queries: Handle general inbound queries from clients and prospects, providing prompt and professional responses.
* Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, CRM management, and report generation.
* Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the IT industry.
