Within the commercial team we require a Renewals Executive to manage our subscription renewals and co-ordinate customer revenue growth. This is achieved through working with the wider commercial team, specifically our Customer Success Managers who are instrumental in building relationships with our customers and ensuring they achieve their objectives through the use of our software.

The Role
We're a small team and work with large organizations and agencies globally. This is an exciting role with the opportunity for career progression. VQ has customers and partners from the Middle East to North America, Europe and Far East.
A dynamic role with multiple responsibilities and activities across existing customers in the management of renewals, reporting on the progress of these renewals, while working with our customers directly, partners and Cisco contacts to secure the renewals.
The working environment is very much a team based environment with a common goal.
Work with our Customer Success team and manage the renewals of all customer subscriptions
Our Customer Success team are responsible for all post sale relationships, pulling in other resources across the business as required.
Customer renewals require active management, and while the CS team manage the relationship and ensure that we know in advance whether the customer will renew, upsell or churn. The Renewals Executive will work with the CS team to ensure that renewals are quoted to the customer and partner, and managed through to receipt of the PO.
Your Skills And Qualifications
· Experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Renewals Specialist, or other sales/account management ideally in a B2B environment.
· Experience in the collaboration market would be beneficial
· Experience working with Cisco, using their tools and understanding how they work would be preferable.
· Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others and build a team-oriented environment.
· Previous experience working on SaaS, IaaS or general Cloud technology is a plus.
· Disciplined work ethic - self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset focused on achieving revenue goals.
· Resourceful problem solving, organized and process oriented.
· Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
This position requires the ability to manage your own workload, to prioritize and to balance your workload.
