About The Role

As a Senior Bookmaking Analyst for Sportsbook, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team focused on driving insights that shape the sportsbook platform's performance. This role is integral to understanding the nuances of customer behavior and market performance through data analysis, directly impacting the optimization of sportsbook offerings. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the platform meets both customer needs and business objectives, taking ownership of reporting and key performance metrics.

In this role, you will work closely with the data, marketing, and CRM teams to deliver data-driven solutions that guide strategic decisions. With opportunities to work on high-impact projects, including trend identification and product alignment, this is an exciting chance to leverage your analytical skills and collaborate with a range of experts across the organization.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

* Data Analysis & Insights

Lead scheduled and ad-hoc analyses, quickly resolving data issues and surfacing insights to drive KPIs. Provide fast, solution-oriented support for on-demand requests.

* Market & Performance Optimization

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities. Recommend improvements in pricing, promotions, and risk management to deliver measurable P&L impact.

* Advanced Analytics & Modeling

Own projects such as customer segmentation, performance modeling, and churn/risk forecasting. Enhance toolsets and methodologies to keep analytics cutting edge.

* Visualization, Reporting & Communication

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Domo, Tableau, etc.) with clear, actionable insights. Refine metrics and layouts based on stakeholder needs.

* Collaboration & Innovation

Partner across BI, Data, Trading, and Product to break down silos and improve workflows. Lead testing of new features, identifying gaps and ensuring smooth launches.

* Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Embed regulatory requirements and internal controls into all analyses, reports, and recommendations to safeguard operations.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Essential Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or a related field
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated advanced analytical skills
* Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
* Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, Domo, or similar platforms
* Competent in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

Nice to Have Skills:

* Basic knowledge of sports, with a focus on soccer
* Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply innovative, solution-oriented thinking in a fast-paced environment
