Responsibilities
As the Head of Geo-Environmental, your core responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and coordinating laboratory and field operations to ensure efficient delivery of services, contributing to overall profitability.
Developing, monitoring, and maintaining departmental budgets, operational metrics, and strategies to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Geo-Environmental position will demonstrate:
Extensive expertise in areas such as ground investigation, contaminated land assessment, materials testing, and waste classification.
A degree in a relevant discipline, such as Geology or Environmental Chemistry (preferred).
A robust understanding of health and safety requirements, including conducting risk assessments and implementing safe work practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills, coupled with a proactive and professional approach.
Flexibility to travel occasionally, with overnight stays when required.
