We have a new opportunity to work as a Rapid Response Care Worker. For this role you must be a driver with a full, clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be covering the Chester and Ellesmere Port area. The successful candidate will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short term care to help get customers back on their feet on their return home from Hospital. It helps customers to rebuild their confidence in day-to-day tasks and allows them to return to a normal independent life.
£13.25 per hour- Block Pay.
As each day is varied, you’ll need to think on your feet, as you fill in for the regular teams, delivering the same high standard of care.
A smile is essential that will make each Service User’s face light up when they welcome you at the door and a good ear to listen to some fascinating life stories.
You don’t have to be an excellent cook but being able to make a good cuppa is essential.
Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen, take time to understand and take time to care.
Monday – Sunday
07:00 – 14:00
16:00 – 22:00
