Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented legal professional to join our growing team in Beverley.
About the Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client portfolio including SMEs, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers.
Your work will cover a full spectrum of property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
* Property finance, secured lending, and refinancing matters
* Development work, site assembly, and associated documentation
* Landlord and tenant matters and general estate/portfolio management
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm and play an active role in maintaining and strengthening long-standing client relationships.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate:
* Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
* Minimum 3 years' PQE (ideally 5+ years) in commercial property
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle files independently
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client care
* A commercial, solutions‑focused approach to legal advice
* Confidence in client engagement and contributing to business development
* A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable working style
