Composite Trimmer – Starting Rate £12.75p/h – Bramley, Leeds, (LS13 4TY) The Role Are you confident working with hand tools? Do you have experience in a manufacturing environment? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a great opportunity to join a skilled and motivated team in a hands-on production role. As a Composite Trimmer, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing composite components to meet production and quality requirements. This includes using a variety of hand tools and working closely with other team members to ensure all parts meet our specifications. You will be working Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm (with a 20-minute paid break and 30-minute unpaid lunch), and Friday from 7am to 1:30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Perform quality checks of your own work as described in SOPs. Halt production if there’s a product non-conformance and notify the Production Leader. Identify, remove, and segregate defective products. Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement activities when needed, to ensure we operate as an effective manufacturing team.
