We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a supplier of wet paint, powder coatings and metal pretreatment products to a variety of Market areas. An exciting opportunity at a rapidly growing company in Redditch. Possible permanent position after a successful trial period.
Duties would include;
* Mixing, Weighing and Measuring materials and adding to solvents
* Decanting paint products into containers.
* Prepping materials for Production
* Quality checking of products
* Reading measurements and following specific instructions
Shifts and Pay Rates
* Monday to Thursday - 0800-1630
* Friday - 0800-1300
* £12.21 per hour - £12.73 per hour after 12 weeks
* £18.32 per hour after 37 hours - £19.10 per hour after 12 weeks
* £24.42 per hour Sunday and after 48 hours - £25.46 after 12 weeks.
