Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for an immediate start at our Ipswich (IP1) site. The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics or warehouse industry, be confident with Microsoft Office, and able to maintain accurate records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
* Print and prepare paperwork for goods in and goods out
* Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Process delivery notes, dispatch documents, and stock movement records
* Provide administrative support to warehouse and logistics operations
* Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry and reporting
* Handle emails, phone calls, filing, and general office administration
Requirements
* Previous logistics or warehouse experience (essential)
* Experience using WMS systems
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* High attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Reliable, punctual, and available for immediate start
