Job Description:
* Plan and deliverengaging and creative lessonsin line with theKS2 National Curriculum
* Foster apositive and inclusive classroom environmentwhere every child feels safe, supported, and inspired
* Use a range offormative and summative assessmentsto monitor progress and inform next steps
* Promoteindependent learning,critical thinking, and agrowth mindset
* Buildstrong relationshipswith pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
* Contribute to the wider school community throughassemblies,school trips, andenrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience teaching inKey Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 (desirable but not essential)
* Be areflective and adaptable practitionerwith excellentclassroom managementanddifferentiationskills
* Demonstrate a commitment toinclusive education,safeguarding, andpupil wellbeing
* Possess strongcommunication,organisational, andinterpersonalskills
