We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team The Retail Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the National Accounts team and supports the team by working with internal stakeholders and National Account customers. Your main responsibilities Offer administrative support to the National Accounts team under the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager and National Accounts Team Provide support with data and analytical insight into key business areas with a focus on sales-driving activity Provide Sales Support for the National Accounts team Administer the allocation process from a retail team perspective, including setting up allocations, providing insight/tracking on presell opportunities, and ensuring that all sales opportunities About you Ability to establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships at all levels Calm and professional manner Good problem solver Team player with a proactive positive attitude A systematic approach and an eye for detail Competent with Microsoft Office products especially Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables.) Able to create Critical Paths and engage and manage them effectively What next?
