Primary Purpose
As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of David Austin Roses. You'll support customers across a range of channels including voice, email and live chat - offering expert guidance, answering questions, and helping them choose and care for their roses. Most importantly, you'll make every customer feel valued and supported, from first enquiry to blooming success.
Working hours will rotate between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday and will include some Saturdays.
What You'll Be Doing
Share your expertise
* Provide helpful advice on our roses, planting, growing conditions, aftercare and more
Support and inspire customers
* Assist customers with purchases and product recommendations
* Offer guidance on complementary items such as plant food, tools and accessories
* Process orders, payments, refunds and exchanges where needed

Experience
* Customer service experience
* Confidence working across multiple customer contact channels (phone, email, chat or social)
