What you'll be doing: In this front-of-house role, you'll be the face of the business and support with a range of administrative tasks, including: Being the first point of contact via phone and email, handling and directing enquiries Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment Collecting staff log-in and log-out times Managing boardroom bookings Assisting with sickness reporting and recording holiday requests Updating records of new starters and leavers, liaising with Payroll/HR Keeping track of visitors to site - signing them in and out What you'll bring: Experience in customer-facing roles, either in person or over the phone Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages A positive, friendly and professional attitude Full training will be provided What you'll get in return: Salary of £27,000 Working days and hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday: 8.00am - 3.00pm This is a role based fully on site in Neath 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays, with Christmas shutdown) All paid for work social events Easy location to get to with free on site parking
